Systematic Literature Review Presentation

As part of the requirements of the honours seminar, students needed to give a 10-minute presentation either outlining their research or teaching the class about a topic related to psychology. As part of my volunteer involvement in the Health and Coping Studies Lab, I had previously worked on a Systematic Literature Review and thus presented on the steps I took and also how to utilize citation management programs.

Learning Significance

  1. This project provided me with the opportunity to give an informative, yet engaging presentation where the purpose was not only to teach the audience but also to break down a large project into its steps in an easily communicable way. I was able to stay within the time limit allotted and also received very positive feedback from my supervisor on my projection and tone as well as the aesthetic of my slides.
